01 "An Act making a supplemental appropriation for increased operating costs of the                                        
02 division of elections; and providing for an effective date."                                                            
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  The sum of $694,900 is appropriated from the general fund to the Office of the                       
05 Governor, Office of the Lieutenant Governor, division of elections, for increased operating                             
06 costs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005.                                                                         
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.01.070(c).
