01 "An Act making an appropriation for longevity bonus grants; and providing for an                                        
02 effective date."                                                                                                        
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  LONGEVITY BONUS GRANTS.  The amount necessary to fully fund the                                      
05 longevity bonus grant program for fiscal year 2006 is appropriated from the general fund to                             
06 the Department of Health and Social Services for payment of longevity bonus grants under                                
07 AS 47.45.010 - 47.45.160 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006.                                                      
08    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
