01 "An Act making reappropriations; and providing for an effective date."                                                  
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  REAPPROPRIATION OF LEGISLATIVE APPROPRIATIONS.  The                                                  
04 unexpended and unobligated balance of the appropriation made by sec. 1, ch. 83, SLA 2003,                               
05 page 37, line 26, and allocated on page 37, line 28 (Legislative Council, administrative                                
06 services - $7,727,400), page 37, line 29 (Legislative Council, session expenses - $6,342,700),                          
07 and page 37, line 31 (Legislative Council, legal and research services - $2,322,300), is                                
08 reappropriated to the Legislative Council for capitol renovations including the fourth floor                            
09 ventilation system and other maintenance upgrades.                                                                      
10    * Sec. 2.  LAPSE.  The appropriation made by sec. 1 of this Act is for capital projects and                        
11 lapses under AS 37.25.020.                                                                                              
12    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect June 30, 2004.
