00 SENATE BILL NO. 346 01 "An Act approving the monetary terms of the collective bargaining agreement with the 02 International Organization of Masters, Mates, and Pilots, Pacific Maritime Region, for 03 the Masters, Mates, and Pilots Unit for fiscal year 2004; and providing for an effective 04 date." 05 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 06 * Section 1. Section 29(b), ch. 83, SLA 2003, is amended to read: 07 (b) The operating budget appropriations made in sec. 1 of this Act include 08 $11,935,700 to implement the monetary terms for the fiscal year ending June 30, 09 2004, of the following collective bargaining agreements: 10 (1) Alaska Public Employees Association, for the Confidential Unit; 11 (2) Alaska Public Employees Association, for the Supervisory Unit; 12 (3) Alaska State Employees Association, for the General Government 13 Unit; 14 (4) Alaska Vocational Technical Center Teachers' Association,

01 representing teachers at the Alaska Vocational Technical Center; 02 (5) Alyeska Central School Education Association, representing 03 teachers at the Alyeska Central School; 04 (6) Inlandboatmen's Union of the Pacific, representing the unlicensed 05 marine unit; 06 (7) Public Employees Local 71, for the Labor, Trades and Crafts Unit; 07 (8) Public Safety Employees Association, for the Correctional Officers 08 Unit; 09 (9) Public Safety Employees Association, representing state troopers 10 and other commissioned law enforcement personnel; 11 (10) Teachers' Education Association of Mt. Edgecumbe; 12 (11) International Organization of Masters, Mates, and Pilots, 13 Pacific Maritime Region, for the Masters, Mates, and Pilots Unit. 14 * Sec. 2. Section 1 of this Act is retroactive to January 1, 2004. 15 * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
