01 "An Act naming the Jonathan H. Link Courthouse in Kenai."                                                               
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                 
04            Sec. 35.40.190.  Jonathan H. Link Courthouse.  The state courthouse in                                     
05       Kenai is named the Jonathan H. Link Courthouse.
