00                   HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 95, relating to strikes by employees of a                                       
03 municipal school district, a regional educational attendance area, or a state boarding                                  
04 school, and requiring notice of at least 72 hours of a strike by those employees.                                       
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
07 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
08 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 95, relating to                       
09 strikes by employees of a municipal school district, a regional educational attendance area, or                         
10 a state boarding school, and requiring notice of at least 72 hours of a strike by those                                 
11 employees.
