01 "An Act repealing the termination of the state training and employment program; and                                     
02 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  Section 6, ch. 116, SLA 1996, as amended by sec. 9, ch. 85, SLA 1998, and by                         
05 sec. 47, ch. 86, SLA 2002, is repealed.                                                                                 
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect June 29, 2004.
