01 "An Act making an appropriation for the operation of the Alaska Natural Gas                                             
02 Development Authority; and providing for an effective date."                                                            
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  The sum of $1,300,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the                                   
05 Department of Revenue, Alaska Natural Gas Development Authority (AS 41.41), for                                         
06 operations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2004.                                                                    
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2003.
