02 of social security numbers and automated data matching with financial institutions for                                  
03 child support enforcement purposes; and providing for an effective date."                                               
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  Sections 1 - 10, 13, 14, and 17, ch. 54, SLA 2001, are repealed.                                     
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
