00 HOUSE BILL NO. 131 01 "An Act making a supplemental appropriation to the Alaska Seafood Marketing 02 Institute; and providing for an effective date." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. The sum of $40,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department 05 of Community and Economic Development, Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, for seafood 06 marketing programs for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2003 and June 30, 2004. 07 * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
