02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  The uncodified law of the State of Alaska enacted in sec. 1, ch. 12, SLA 1998,                       
04 is amended to read:                                                                                                     
05            Section 1.  AS 44.33.431 is repealed February 1, 2014 [2004].
