01 "An Act exempting flight crew members of certain air carriers from overtime pay                                         
02 requirements."                                                                                                          
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 23.10.060(d) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                        
05                 (19)  work performed by a flight crew member employed by an air                                         
06       carrier subject to 45 U.S.C. 181 - 188 (subchapter II of the Railway Labor Act); in this                          
07       paragraph, "flight crew" means the pilot, co-pilot, flight engineer, and flight                                   
08       attendants.
