AS 08.03.010(c)(8) is amended to read: 07 (8) Board of Certified Direct-Entry Midwives (AS 08.65.010) -- 08 June 30, 2007 [2003]; 09 * Sec. 2. AS 08.03.010(c)(12) is amended to read: 10 (12) State Medical Board (AS 08.64.010) -- June 30, 2007 [2003]; 11 * Sec. 3. AS 08.03.010(c)(13) is amended to read: 12 (13) Board of Nursing (AS 08.68.010) -- June 30, 2007 [2003]; 13 * Sec. 4. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 14 read:
01 EXEMPTION FROM AS 44.66.050(e). This Act is exempt from the provision of 02 AS 44.66.050(e) that prohibits a bill from continuing the existence of more than one board, 03 commission, or agency program.
