02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 106, relating to the authorizations for certain                                  
03 state financial institutions of certain powers and limitations, relating to confidential                                
04 records of depositors and customers of certain financial institutions, relating to the                                  
05 examination of certain institutions subject to AS 06, relating to the Alaska Banking                                    
06 Code, Mutual Savings Bank Act, Alaska Small Loans Act, and Alaska Credit Union Act,                                     
07 and amending Rule 45, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules 17 and 37, Alaska Rules                                    
08 of Criminal Procedure, and Rule 24, Alaska Bar Rules.                                                                   
09 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
10       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
11 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
12 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 106, relating to                       
13 the authorizations for certain state financial institutions of certain powers and limitations,                          
14 relating to confidential records of depositors and customers of certain financial institutions,                         

01 relating to the examination of certain institutions subject to AS 06, relating to the Alaska                            
02 Banking Code, Mutual Savings Bank Act, Alaska Small Loans Act, and Alaska Credit Union                                  
03 Act, and amending Rule 45, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules 17 and 37, Alaska Rules                               
04 of Criminal Procedure, and Rule 24, Alaska Bar Rules.
