01 "An Act relating to the staff of the Alaska State Pension Investment Board."                                            
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 37.10.260(a) is amended to read:                                                                  
04            (a)  The Department of Revenue shall provide staff for the board.  The                                   
05       department shall consult with the board when hiring and terminating board                                     
06       staff.
