00 SENATE BILL NO. 194 01 "An Act amending a definition of 'wages' for purposes of Title 36 of the Alaska Statutes 02 to include payments for per diem." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. AS 36.95.010(7) is amended to read: 05 (7) "wages" includes fringe benefits and payments for per diem. 06 * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 07 read: 08 APPLICABILITY. This Act applies to contracts entered into on or after the effective 09 date of this Act.
