01 "An Act relating to mental health treatment facilities; repealing the termination date of                               
02 the mental health treatment assistance program; and providing for an effective date."                                   
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  Sections 2, 4, 6, and 9, ch. 87, SLA 1999, are repealed.                                             
05    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
