01 "An Act naming the William R. Wood Fairbanks International Airport; and providing                                       
02 for an effective date."                                                                                                 
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  
05            Sec. 35.40.140.  William R. Wood Fairbanks International Airport.  The                                     
06       state-owned and state-operated international airport at Fairbanks is named the William                            
07       R. Wood Fairbanks International Airport.                                                                          
08    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2001.
