01 "An Act eliminating a requirement that a social security number be provided by an                                       
02 applicant for a hunting or sport fishing license or tag and for certain hunting permits;                                
03 and providing for an effective date."                                                                                   
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  AS 16.05.330(e) and 16.05.346(d) are repealed.                                                       
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
