01 "An Act relating to entry into the Minto Flats State Game Refuge for purposes of                                        
02 exploration and development of oil and gas resources."                                                                  
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 16.20.037 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                          
05            (h)  Entry upon the Minto Flats State Game Refuge for purposes of exploration                                
06       and development of oil and gas resources shall be permitted when compatible with the                              
07       purposes specified in (b) of this section.
