AS 14.14 is amended by adding a new section to read: 05 Sec. 14.14.095. Powers to take legal action. A school board or a chief 06 school administrator may take legal action, including using a restraining order, 07 injunction, or other legal remedy, to enforce school safety or to protect a student, 08 teacher, employee, volunteer, or parent from being threatened or placed in danger.
