01 "An Act relating to violations of domestic violence protective orders."                                                 
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 11.56.740(a) is amended to read:                                                                  
04            (a)  A person commits the crime of violating a protective order if the person is                             
05       subject to a protective order containing a provision listed in AS 18.66.100(c)(1) - (7)                           
06       and knowingly commits or attempts to commit an act with reckless disregard that                               
07       the act violates or would violate a provision [IN VIOLATION] of the protective                            
08       order [THAT PROVISION.]
