01 "An Act relating to prescription drug benefits under a group health care insurance                                      
02 plan."                                                                                                                  
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 21.54 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                 
05            Sec. 21.54.155.  Prescription drug benefits.  A health care insurance plan                                 
06       sold in the group market that provides prescription drug benefits may not impose a                                
07       higher copayment amount or lower supply limit for prescription drugs purchased from                               
08       a pharmacy in this state than the copayment amount or supply limit imposed for                                    
09       prescription drugs purchased by mail order.
