00 HOUSE BILL NO. 165 01 "An Act relating to the Kenai River Special Management Area; and providing for an 02 effective date." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section 05 to read: 06 PURPOSE. The purpose of this Act is to further the implementation of the Kenai 07 River Comprehensive Management Plan by making additions of certain state-owned land and 08 water as described in this Act to the Kenai River Special Management Area. 09 * Sec. 2.
