01 "An Act naming the Bill Wood Fairbanks International Airport; and providing for an                                      
02 effective date."                                                                                                        
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                 
05            Sec. 35.40.140.  Bill Wood Fairbanks International Airport.  The state-                                    
06       owned and state-operated international airport at Fairbanks is named the Bill Wood                                
07       Fairbanks International Airport.                                                                                  
08    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2001.
