01 "An Act relating to gamma-Hydroxybutyrate."                                                                             
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 11.71.140 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                          
04            (e)  Schedule IA includes, unless specifically excepted or unless listed in                                  
05       another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation that contains any                               
06       quantity of the following substance, including its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers                           
07       whenever the existence of these salts, isomers, and salts of isomers is possible within                           
08       the specific chemical designation: gamma-Hydroxybutyrate.                                                         
09    * Sec. 2.  AS 11.71.170(b)(28) is repealed.
