01 "An Act making a special appropriation to the budget reserve fund."                                                     
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
03    * Section 1.  All money received by the state before July 1, 2000, as a result of the                              
04 settlement of State v. Philip Morris, Inc., Superior Court, First Judicial District, 1JU-97-915                         
05 Civil, is appropriated to the budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution of the State of                       
06 Alaska).
