00HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 28                                                                                    
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 273, regarding oil discharge prevention, and                                    
03 relating to contingency plans and proof of financial responsibility for all self-                                       
04 propelled nontank vessels exceeding 400 gross registered tonnage and for railroad                                       
05 tank cars; authorizing inspection of nontank vessels and trains; and providing for                                      
06 an effective date.                                                                                                      
07 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                              
08  That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                   
09 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
10 changes to the title of a bill are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 273, regarding                         
11 oil discharge prevention, and relating to contingency plans and proof of financial responsibility                       
12 for all self-propelled nontank vessels exceeding 400 gross registered tonnage and for railroad                          
13 tank cars; authorizing inspection of nontank vessels and trains; and providing for an effective                         
14 date.
