00HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23                                                                                    
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Joint Resolution No. 27, proposing an amendment                                          
03 to the Constitution of the State of Alaska concerning revisions of the state                                            
04 constitution and a court's power with respect to constitutional amendments and                                          
05 revisions.                                                                                                              
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                              
07  That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                   
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Joint Resolution No.                           
10 27, proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska concerning revisions                              
11 of the state constitution and a court's power with respect to constitutional amendments and                             
12 revisions.
