00HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17                                                                                    
01 Temporarily suspending a provision of Rule 22(a), Uniform Rules of the Alaska                                           
02 State Legislature, relating to the meeting of the House Committee on Committees                                         
03 held on November 1, 1999.                                                                                               
04 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                              
05  That under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provision                                 
06 of Rule 22(a) making all meetings of a legislative body open to all legislators, even those who                         
07 are not members of the body that is meeting, is suspended for the purposes of excluding                                 
08 legislators who are not members of the House Committee on Committees from the meeting                                   
09 of that committee held on November 1, 1999; and that this Resolution is retroactive to                                  
10 November 1, 1999.
