01 "An Act designating certain receipts as program receipts, appropriations of which                                       
02 are not made from the unrestricted general fund; and providing for an effective                                         
03 date."                                                                                                                  
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05    * Section 1.  AS 37.05.146(b)(4) is amended by adding new subparagraphs to read:                                   
06   (X)  Pioneers' Home care and support receipts collected under                                                       
07 AS 47.55.030;                                                                                                           
08   (Y)  receipts of the insurance program under AS 21, excluding                                                       
09 taxes collected under AS 21.09.210, AS 21.33.055, and AS 21.34.180;                                                     
10   (Z)  receipts of the Department of Community and Economic                                                           
11 Development under AS 08.01.065.                                                                                         
12    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2000.
