01 "An Act relating to program receipts collected by the division of insurance and                                         
02 to program receipts collected by the Department of Community and Economic                                               
03 Development for occupational licenses; and providing for an effective date."                                            
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05    * Section 1.  AS 37.05.146(b)(4) is amended by adding new subparagraphs to read:                                   
06   (X)  receipts of the division of insurance under AS 21.06.250;                                                      
07   (Y)  receipts of the Department of Community and Economic                                                           
08 Development under AS 08.01.065.                                                                                         
09    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2000.
