01 "An Act authorizing the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation to acquire the                                               
02 building that it occupies for an amount that does not exceed $6,650,000; and                                            
03 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05    * Section 1.  ALASKA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION AUTHORIZED TO                                                     
06 ACQUIRE BUILDING.  The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation is authorized to acquire                                      
07 the building in Anchorage it occupies on the effective date of this Act for an amount that does                         
08 not exceed $6,650,000.  This section constitutes the approval required by AS 18.55.100(d) for                           
09 that acquisition.                                                                                                       
10    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
