01 "An Act relating to certain records of the legislative finance division."                                               
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
03    * Section 1.  AS 24.20.301(b) is amended to read:                                                                  
04  (b)  The legislative finance division shall keep a complete file of all budget                                        
05 reports and other reports or releases issued by the division and a complete and accurate                                
06 record of all fiscal transactions involving the division.   A report or other record                                   
07 prepared by the legislative finance division at the request of a legislator, and                                        
08 information relating to the request, is confidential.
