03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 43.35.010, 43.35.020, 43.35.030, 43.35.040, 43.35.050, 43.35.060,                                 
05 43.35.070, 43.35.090, 43.35.100, 43.35.110, 43.35.120, 43.35.130, 43.35.140, and 43.35.150                              
06 are repealed.                                                                                                           
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect January 1, 1999.
