01 "An Act relating to prohibiting recovery of damages and prohibiting a remedy                                            
02 to a person in a civil action."                                                                                         
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 09.65  is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  
05  Sec. 09.65.215.  Prohibiting damages or remedy when a person is at fault.                                             
06 A person may not recover civil damages or request a civil remedy if the damages or                                      
07 remedy results in the person achieving a benefit from the person's own wrongdoing.
