01 "An Act naming Jerry's Way in Gustavus."                                                                                
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                   
04  Sec. 35.40.095.  Jerry's Way.  State Route 296308 in Gustavus between the                                             
05 junction with the Good River Road and the boundary of the Glacier Bay National Park                                     
06 is named Jerry's Way.
