00HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 37 01 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State 02 Legislature concerning Senate Bill No. 274, relating to probation and parole fees; 03 relating to eligibility for a permanent fund dividend for persons convicted of 04 certain offenses; and to notice requirements relating to appropriations from the 05 permanent fund dividend fund to the office of victims' rights. 06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 07 That under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the 08 provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Uniform Rules, regarding changes to the 09 title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 274, relating to probation and 10 parole fees; relating to eligibility for a permanent fund dividend for persons convicted of 11 certain offenses; and to notice requirements relating to appropriations from the permanent fund 12 dividend fund to the office of victims' rights.
