01 Suspending a provision of Uniform Rule 31(c) of the Alaska State Legislature                                            
02 concerning the consideration of confirmation of a governor's appointee.                                                 
03 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04  That under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provision                                 
05 of Rule 31(c) prohibiting the renewal of a motion to rescind is suspended for purposes of the                           
06 consideration of confirmation of the governor's appointee, Katie T. Hurley, to the Personnel                            
07 Board.
