02 Federal Areas in Alaska; and providing for an effective date."                                                          
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  Section 4, ch. 81, SLA 1981, as amended by sec. 1, ch. 25, SLA 1988, is                              
05 amended to read:                                                                                                        
06  Sec. 4.  Section 3 of this Act takes effect June 30,  2008  [1998].                                                 
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
