01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Council on Domestic Violence and                                          
02 Sexual Assault; and providing for an effective date."                                                                   
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 44.66.010(a)(11) is amended to read:                                                              
05   (11)  Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault (AS 18.66.010)                                                 
06 -- June 30,  2002  [1998];                                                                                            
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
