01 "An Act naming a new maritime vessel for the Alaska Marine Highway System;                                              
02 and providing for an effective date."                                                                                   
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  The new maritime vessel to be delivered to the Alaska Marine Highway                                   
05 System in 1998 is named the Motor Vessel Kennicott.                                                                     
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
