01 "An Act relating to the Creamer's Field Goose Classic."                                                                 
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 05.15.690(19) is amended to read:                                                                   
04   (19)  "goose classic" means a game of chance where a prize of money                                                  
05 is awarded for the closest guess of the time of the arrival of the first goose in spring                                
06 to Creamer's Field in Fairbanks or to the Kenai River Flats near Kenai and is limited                                   
07 to the goose classics operated and administered                                                                         
08   (A)  jointly or by either the Fairbanks Montessori Association                                                 
09 or the Friends of Creamer's Field; and                                                                                 
10   (B)  by the Kenai Chamber of Commerce;
