01 "An Act delaying the repeal of the current law regarding subsistence use of fish                                        
02 and game; and providing for an effective date."                                                                         
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  Section 12, ch. 1, SSSLA 1992, is amended to read:                                                     
05    Sec. 12.  Sections 3 and 5 of this Act take effect October 1, 1996 [1995].                                        
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
