01 "An Act exempting certain persons engaged in selling or servicing certain vehicles                                      
02 from overtime wage requirements."                                                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 23.10.060(d) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                          
05   (18)  a salesman, partsman, or mechanic primarily engaged in selling                                                 
06 or servicing automobiles, trucks, or farm implements if the individual is employed by                                   
07 a nonmanufacturing establishment primarily engaged in the business of selling those                                     
08 vehicles to ultimate purchasers.                                                                                        
09    * Sec. 2.  This Act applies to work performed on or after the effective date of this Act.
