01 "An Act repealing a restriction on the use of youth residential services grants                                         
02 that prohibits use of the grants for capital assets; and providing for an effective

04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  AS 47.40.041(c)(2) is repealed.                                                                        
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 1996.
