01 "An Act relating to the transfer of the Alaska Shipyard Facility - Ketchikan to                                         
02 AIDEA."                                                                                                                 
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the state agencies that own an                             
05 interest in the real property, including improvements, known as the Alaska Shipyard Facility -                          
06 Ketchikan shall enter into negotiations with the Alaska Industrial Development and Export                               
07 Authority to transfer the facility to the authority, and shall transfer the property to the                             
08 authority on the terms that the agencies and the authority determine to be beneficial to the                            
09 state.
