01 "An Act relating to the Big Game Commercial Services Board, guide-outfitters,                                           
02 transporters, and commercial use permit holders; extending the termination date                                         
03 of the Big Game Commercial Services Board; and providing for an effective                                               
04 date."                                                                                                                  
05 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
06    * Section 1.  AS 08.03.010(c)(5) is amended to read:                                                                 
07   (5)  Big Game Commercial Services Board (AS 08.54.300) - June 30,                                                   
08 1999 [1994];                                                                                                           
09    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
