01 "An Act providing for restitution to the state for the unlawful taking of game."                                        
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 16.05.925 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                            
04  (b)   In addition to a penalty imposed under (a) of this section, a person who                                        
05 is convicted of unlawfully taking an animal listed in this subsection may be ordered                                    
06 by the court to pay restitution to the state in the amount set out in this subsection for                               
07 each animal unlawfully taken:
