01 "An Act relating to reduced fees and group discounts for visits to the state                                            
02 museum and its branches; and providing for an effective date."                                                          
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 14.57.010(c) is amended to read:                                                                    
05  (c)  The department may establish by regulation, and collect, reasonable user                                         
06 fees and other fees for services provided by the department under this chapter.  The                                   
07 department may negotiate  reduced fees or group discounts with, or offer reduced                                        
08 fees or group discounts to, persons who bring groups of people to visit the                                             
09 museum or a branch of the museum.                                                                                      
10    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
